Reached out to seller who replied with “sorry we will do better next time” and that was all. Item was a boxed set of hardback books packaged with only a plastic shipping bag, no padding or care in their packaging. Damaged by normal handling by USPS. If it was placed in a box with a little bit of packing material no damaged would have occurred. Poor customer service and poor packaging/shipping.

I received the rest of my order a few days later due to the carrier missing the third box in his vehicle. You will be happy with the value and condition of your purchase.
