This was my first time buying a refurbed phone and so far I've had a positive experience. It came pretty fast and the phone had no visible damage or marks, it even came with a screen protector pre-installed. I'm hard on my poor phones cause I use em at work and have yet to have any problems with the phone. For $300 I can't complain. Photos attached are how the phone arrived

There appears to be some slight dead pixel space on the display around the camera, but it's not an issue, especially for the price. Other feedback I saw mentioned the seller installing a "complimentary" screen protector, however mine did not come with one. I'm assuming it just comes with one if the previous owner had already installed one, but it's not a big deal to me.

It charged to 100% no problem and the seller installed a screen protector which was actually a big deal bc I can't get a screen protector to stick on my iphone 13 mini correctly doing it myself.. I'm happy with the phone and the price and arrived promptly. These guys deserve a good review!!
