      Easy to Use and Sleek Design

      I bought this hard drive because it came highly recommended by a lot of photographers and other professionals that I've worked with that need fast, reliable external hard drives. I have a lot of photos, videos, etc. that I don't want to lose AND I wanted to free up some space on my computer itself so it's not so slow and this was the perfect choice. It was super easy to set up, really easy to use, and so far it's been very reliable. It backs up automatically, and the only downside (if there has to be one) would be that it does make a bit of noise from the fan, but it's barely noticeable unless it's really quiet. I plugged it in to my new 27" iMac and it was recognized and started backing up automatically. Marvelous. Perfect addition to my iMac.

      Nice Drive!

      These drives are fast. But 7000 rpm is loud and you can't have these in recording environment. They have to go into the closet! Other than that, they are nice high speed drives and should serve many years. Don't forget to defrag them once in a while.

      Good looking and performing 2TB G|Drive. (Dead already)

      Very good 2TB G|Drive. Once I remembered to reformat and let my Mac index it, it has been performing well. A bit slow to wake up, but other than that it's very good. It's quiet and stays cool. Update: It's dead already. Got the shaft on this one. Fortunately my Mac told me it was dying and could not be repaired and to back up it's contents. Tried everything to save it, to no avail. Don't by open box (used) HDDs. No telling what it went through before it gets to you, no matter how clean it is. No returns, no buy.

      Great Drive..

      I'm very pleased with the drive it was what I expected and more, only thing it didn't come formatted so I did it myself so all in all its good and a great drive, yes I would recommend..
