The SIM was expired, which was expected and the device otherwise worked exactly as expected.

Purchase price was refunded. Frustrating purchase, but situation was handled well by seller. Errors happen.

The new part arrived in a reasonable time and looks and works as described. Order was shipped in appropriate packaging.
