At one point UPS described the Scottish Borders as "remote". UPS moved the delivery date forward to Sat 19th. They did not then deliver on the 19th or 20th or 21st or 22nd. UPS finally delivered on the 23rd, because the Scottish Borders are "remote". Service from Thomas Turner was excellent and the fishing rod was in good condition.

Had a few issues with the courier but that was outside of the sellers control and Dave was extremely helpful in resolving the issue.
