My local dealer didn't even have the oil filter (backordered 90 days) and this overall price was better than the dealer. I had a question for Jet Skis International, and their customer service people responded to my email very quickly and thoroughly. Great customer service!!!

They tried putting the burden of proof on me to provide pics which I did but that’s not good enough and now they say they can file a claim with usps on my behalf. I didn’t ship anything…they did so it’s their claim. I just wanted the emblem but I guess I’ll have to order elsewhere. I won’t do business with them again.
