A daily ritual
This has work for me for years. A great drink to keep me regular and prevent "bloating". It also staves off hunger. Adjust the dose by adjusting the amount of water you soak it in so you don't get abdominal cramps. Perfect for the holidays and helps you stick to your diet.

This tea gets you going!!! Literally!!!
I'm chronically constipated, have been since childhood. It's not uncommon for me not to have a bm for a month. As you can imagine that causes quite a back up and it becomes a literal struggle to get the "bricks" out! I only recently found out that we should all go at least once a day...who knew??? I guess just not me. I've tried changing my diet to help me go at least once every other day and had resorted to laxatives. That all worked but inconsistently and the laxatives give me terrible cramps/gas/bloating or I had to drink an insane amount of water for it to work. This tea is AMAZING for me!!! One tea bag steeped for five minutes in hot water and four hours later without unpleasant cramps, bloating or anything else I was able to go comfortably. No straining, no hemorrhoids or bloody ... The only draw back for me (and of course because everyone is different and experience things differently this may not be your case) is that there was no warning, I just suddenly felt like I better go not now, but right NOW!!!!! So I wouldn't go too far from a bathroom after drinking it.

Tea is no joke ..
I made the mistake of taking it at 5 pm after work . Then waking up to bad stomach cramps at 5 am in the morning Then running to the bathroom all day 😭

GREAT TEA FOR YOUR BEST HEALTH
This product works really well... I had less bloating and it really worked my digestive system in the right way... I also noticed I felt lighter weight wise..I highly recommend this product...One bag of tea each morning for a week and I felt a difference.
