After messaging back and forth several times (they wanted photos, etc) they finally agreed to refund 3/4 of the purchase price (I placed the order for the wrong size and they don't sell the size that I need). Hopefully the refund will go through.

I contacted the seller, and I was offered a refund which I accepted and received promptly. Mistakes happen but this seller did an excellent job of taking care of the problem.
