Honestly my favorite part is the customization. The foam ear pieces fit pretty good and it seems to create a good seal thus far. The sound quality is great! They came looking like new with all new ear pieces and for the money spent I'd say it's a great deal. Love the look, love the sound. No complaints so far!

There were no scratches or buff marks on the earbuds or their case. They were also, thankfully, earwax-free. I found nothing operationally wrong with it as the sound is great and the battery life is as good as anything new. The packaging, while well protected, was about as basic as it gets, but I didn't mind. They did need to be reset to my phone before use (easy). Great value!
