    Very satisfied, Good purchase

    As described, great non stick properties, do not quench when hot to avoid warping.. a great addition and far superior to traditional Teflon type surfaces.

    Still looking for a true healthy nonstick pan.

    Thought we would give this a try. You have to not allow the pan to get cold before you wash it and it needs scrubbing and even water boiled in it to try to loosen stuff up if pan got cold. It does heat up quickly though and if you use some oil it does make things crispy. If I had to choose to buy it again, I would not. Very disappointed. sorry to say.

    FRYING HIGH.

    Ever since they invented teflon, most frying pans eventually wear out and everything starts to stick, and this is no exception to that rule. It literally allows everything to stick to it. And after regular use it starts to lose its perfect surface. It's truly a non stick for a short while. Bulls eye eggs are a perfect test and this one makes them easily for the first few uses, but after a short amount of time it loses its ability to slide food off easily. It seems that Chinese made goods find a way to work for a short time only. Buyer beware of this product and all the other items of Gotham cookware.

    BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD!!

    I now want an entire set, how did I ever live without it!!! It cooks just as described I'd say even better if that's possible?? The first thing to cook was a steak ..........just the seasoned meat and this skillet.............perfect!!!

    EXCELLENT!!!

    This is wonderful. After watching a YouTube video about this frying, since I never trust TV commercials, I bought one of these in the 9 1/2 size and one in the 11 1/2 size. They really don't require oil or butter for frying. So far I haven't used one in the oven.
