Mistakes happen, and all ended up well. Thanks to this seller for prompt response. I will give them another chance.

Brand new condition, good price, quality OEM filter in original packaging, packed super well- took the time and effort to assure gasket would not arrive bent in mail by adding additional cardboard for support- can use it the second I received it. No need to place in between heavy objects to flatten. Great seller. Highly recommend A +++++

The water pump slid around in box, put hole in internal box then shipping box.
