Because, unfortunately, the postal service put that packaging to the test. By the time my items arrived the packaging looked like it went through a war. There were rips and black scuff marks all over the sides. Like it got stuck in a scanner. But when I opened the envelope, the appearance of the stamps maintained the great quality and the high value that comes from buying from this seller.
