I found that there was a component broken that wasn't listed in the description, but the seller was very polite and offered a partial refund. Other than that, it was as described. The laptop shipped quickly across Canada, took only about 4 days. When it arrived, it came in a generic box with plenty of bubble wrap, so I'm not worried that anything got damaged during shipping.

I think it took a total of 3 business days (I'm located on the other side of Canada). The ipad was as described and the seller was extremely honest about the state they were selling it. I highly recommend them and they're products. Would buy again!
