    The seller posted the wrong item - not the item as described, which does not fit my computer and is useless. The seller refused to send out the actual product I paid for, and did not offer an option to have the item returned and refunded. Instead they offered me a $5 refund on a $30 product, despite that they are the ones who sent the wrong product. I told them this was not acceptable. They ignored me and issued a fraction of the cost as a refund instead of an actual solution. Do not buy from.

    I had an item fale after installation and left negative feedback witch was a mistake on my behalf. The company contact me and insisted on replacing the Broken part so I had to do the right thing and give this ebayer a positive feedback witch is well deserved. A highly recommended ebayer.
