When I reached out to the seller, responded that he wasn't accepting a return and to "sit back and relax, lady". eBay had to step in to force a resolution. Buyer is rude from the beginning and sends me pictures of the item where it clearly shows its the correct item and there is nothing wrong with it. Proceeds t tell me I should be ashamed of myself and that it is the incorrect item. I show them its the correct item and they say they will get eBay involved. eBay has not gotten involved.
