I was digging those styrofoam peanuts out of the item's inards lol for quite some time - as though care was taken to pack peanuts around the item, no one thought to realize they'd all wind up inside the item, before the item finished shipping. But still I'm giving them a plus plus as it's the care they had aimed for that counts.
