I messaged the seller multiple times with no reply. I even opened a case, but nothing was resolved. Very poor customer service and zero communication. I no longer needed the item and had to request a refund. This isn’t the first time—many items I ordered from this seller are still stuck or never shipped. Avoid this seller.
