I messaged them and they said it was lost in the mail, and INSTANTLY gave me a full refund! We chatted back and forth, (great communication) They made sure my refund cleared, and I ordered another one, And got it in 4 days. It was the carriers fault, not the seller. Now I have bought my ice cream machine and my slushie machine from them, and these folks stand behind their shipping process. They use US warehouses.

However, I did read some feedback where other buyer's packages were shipped to the wrong address and were told they were delivered to their home and they need to check the neighborhood or contact FedEx. If thats you, you're likely being scammed and the tracking # went to a zip code of someone being robbed on another e-shopping site. Ali E is just a hint. Just be careful and keep watch

I reached out to the seller and they said they would do everything to ensure it was shipped as soon as possible. The package arrived when originally promised well packaged up. Product looks good. I’m happy I bought it.
