Contacted seller, who responded immediately. Seller denied responsibility for damage (Item possibly was damaged by USPS?). Seller agreed to my filing for a refund. Filed for refund and received it. Not blaming seller for this problem. Positive feedback is left only because although I received a damaged item, I believe the seller WOULD NOT have caused this damage.
