But too small is much better than too big. I enlarged the holes to 14mm with a die grinder. Otherwise very close to the correct dimensions. Since it's winter now and I'm just installing it now, I can't comment on the cooling, but there's no reason why it wouldn't be every bit as good as the parallel flow unit I'm replacing.

I ended up sending my evaporator case to them after I received the evaporator so they could modify it and bend it to fit a 61 Impala. They did not balk on this which was very good. I could have saved a week if I had known I could sent the case before I bought the evaporator. Their shipping was quick both for the initial shipment and the return of the evaporator assembly. I recommend talking to them before you buy anything.
