This item was up to $100 cheaper than other sites for exactly the same brand and size. Beautiful colour, even better than in the photos. Extremely well packaged, a box inside a box inside a box, arrived in perfect condition. The seller answered all of my questions regarding the slow cooker and delivery. Definitely five stars 🌟 from me.

Purchased on the basis of the pen cases inclusion. The sales team at Peters was helpful and apologised for the aforementioned. I was advised that the newer pens do not come with the blue pen cases and the eBay photo & listing description were meant for the older stock. They offered refund and a return label without hesitation. Good experience with the return process. Thanks!!
