My car has a 39cm steering wheel so it wouldn't fit until I stretched it a bit using a scissor jack and wood blocks leaving it for a few hours to work and also heating it with a hot air gun - not too hot. Eventually by brute force I got it to fit - just but suspect not for long. 38cm does not mean 37 to 39 cm!

They arrived by courier on 23 July, a day later than the timeframe given but not a problem. They arrived in excellent condition and are now sitting proudly on our car, ready for when we go away shortly and will put the roof box on. Items were exactly as described. Very pleased.
