I had to cut box away from item. Packaging tightness caused a potentiometer shaft to break off. Easy to repair. Seller quick to communicate and offered to file a claim with the carrier. Shipping was quick and the box was not damaged and showed no sign of being handled roughly.

Since they are slightly fragile they Seller put plenty of packing in the box to avoid any damage while shipping. Seller offered a good price for the items and I am very please with my purchase. I would definitely buy from this Seller again.
