There was a issue with the incorrect item being shipped to me, but what really stood out was the customer service after the fact. I corresponded several times and heard back from the seller within hours. Seller corrected the order and I had the new correct item within 96 hours. It was refreshing to know that customer service still exists. The seller cares about what they're selling and cares about their customer. I highly recommend the seller.

The box unfortunately arrived with one side caved in from the shipping company. The Darth Revan helmet was really warped as a result. The seller worked with me and I was able to reshape most of it with a hair dryer. The visor needs to be replaced and the foam stripped so I can completely reshape it. The seller provided a partial refund as compensation which was really nice! I would provide a photo but it's still squished a bit.

Very fair, exactly as described, and the seller experience is extraordinary :) I will say, postage was a tad expensive. Otherwise, incredible!
