The seller then wanted pictures of what they had incorrectly delivered. Then they asked me to send back the wrong item before they could refund, having said they would not deliver the correct item. All sorted in the end but disappointed with the service, which obviously being provided by none native English speaking people.

However, the tracking showed the the item had not moved from their depot for over a week. I emailed the seller and they offered me a refund or replacement. I opted to have a replacement and this arrived on time. Seller was understanding and helpful in dealing with this issue.
