Panicked when it arrived because one end of the shipping box was smashed in and slightly torn, but it was a new box and seller put plenty of air packs inside to protect the truck. The hit to the box knocked the basket off, but it went right back on without any damage. Exactly as described and a great value! And really glad seller used a new box and extra padding! Very happy with seller and the fire truck!

Not the seller's fault. I did suggest sending figures in plastic bags in the future to potentially remedy parts falling out, if a box is handled poorly during transit. Anyway, quick response by the seller in dealing with my message about the situation. No deal breaker here.

The item arrived in great condition just as advertized. The seller shipped the item right away, but Fedex mismanaged the delivery resulting in a late delivery. Nontheless, this seller was great in every aspect of this purchase and I would definitely buy from them again. Great purchasing experience from my view. Thanks seller!!!
