Packaging was exceptional with layer upon layer of bubble wrap around the factory box. Loco was indeed new in open box as described with factory packing still sealed. Seller was open to a bit of negotiation which was greatly appreciated. I received good value for my money. Overall, an absolutely first class transaction. Thanks!!! Lastly, a bit of trivia. CPR Royal Hudson 2860 is still around and on public display in British Columbia.

Item was described as new however there were items missing (transformer, track, building). The locomotive and cars were new and still in their original boxes. Reached out to the seller and we negotiated a partial refund. Refund was quick and communication was pretty responsive. Overall a good experience and would buy from again. Thank you.
