Packaging quality was outstanding, with many layers of bubble wrap inside one of those plastic shipping bags, The shipping time was great, and everything arrived as-described.       Great bluetooth headset - superb design!

      I love the design of this bluetooth headset. I don't think I would ever want anything different - it is so convenient and comfortable. This is my second headset - I gave my other one to one of my children. Being able to answer a call immediately, without having to dig my phone out of my pocket is great - and having 2 phones connected to the same headset is very convenient, too. The only thing I wish they would improve is enabling both phones to connect automatically. Only one will auto-connect and then you have to manually add the other one. That is why this is 4-stars and not 5-stars.

      Comfortable and good sound quality

      These were a recent purchase, so they haven't been used to much yet. My initial review is that they have good audio quality and fit comfortably. It's great not having to deal with wired ear buds. The only negative so far is that callers say that they can't hear me very well when using it as a wireless headset.

      bait and switch

      I had this same model before, that's why I purchased the same brand and model. This one doesn't work the same as my other. The features do not work as described. I purchased 2 sets and neither one worked as described. One set stopped working after a month. I would not recommend these items. To me they seem to be a knockoff.

      Almost perfect

      Great sound and function. Built in mic doesn't block background noise. After about a year or so, started turning off, then back on by itself ( Intermittent power switch ) to the point it became too frustrating to use.

      Bluetooth headset

      This headset works perfect for me. I use it for hands free calling and for listening to my foreign language audio while driving. I can be connected to to two phones at the same time which is perfect for me. I listen to my audio but I can receive calls on either phone. The sound quality is exalent.
