The case I bought was listed as "used" but it was still in pretty much perfect condition. If not for the fact that it didn't come in the original box, I would have believed that it was new. Shipping was prompt and arrived fast. Given that the case was 1/3rd of the cost of a brand new one, I am extremely happy with my purchase. 5 Star seller.
