The seller rectified it with next day delivery of the correct charger. Its never about issues for me its always about resolutions and this was perfect thank you very much. After receipt of the computer I needed to contact the seller for some additional info and received a very prompt reply. If you're short on cash or are considering a new cheap laptop, do yourself a favour and get a refurb from this guy, you'll get a lot more for your money. I had a small technical issue and the seller was quick to respond and diagnosed the problem straight away. 10/10 ebayer would definitely recommendLenovo ThinkPad E550 15.6 HD Laptop Windows 11 Intel i5 5200U 8GB 240GB SSD HDMI (#256854451068)
