I cannot fully blame the seller on the item getting damaged during shipping. It wasn't the shippers fault. After talking around, I learned theres a LOT of special steps you need to do to ship these things. Wood bracing the contacts, double boxing at minimum, triple boxing ideally. Neither of us were experienced with this. Is what it is.
