I texted them twice, and only got one terse response back. No response on my second inquiry. I got an Australian tracking number only days before it was supposed to arrive, and it never did change to a USPS tracking number, up to, and past the delivery date. What a waste of my time. The seller indicated it would take a month or so to ship as the skull had to be made. I received skull about 1 month after order was placed. Shipping from Australia to USA was quick once it was delivered to post office. Tracking provided. It was well packed in box.
