Exactly as described and pictured. real good value compared to new from Otis. My only problem was a complete lack of communication. I contacted them twice through Ebay and neither time would they reply.at all. If your confident in what your purchasing, go ahead. but the shear lack of communication. If you had a problem with an item getting ahold of them would be difficult at best. My opinion I can't say I would by from this seller again
