Initially they sent the wrong painting, packaged great and shipped quickly. I contacted the seller and they apologized and shipped the correct painting quickly and packed well. They also told me to keep the other painting, which while I'm not personally fond of it, it is by a known artist and more valuable than the piece I bought, meaning the more valuable one is worth more than $50.
