The reason I left a POSITIVE was because they were uncirculated, but way too scratched up for me to grade them as such. I take the responsibility for this mess because I know better than order coins that are not pictured.

The coin did arrive just fine so it was the USPS tracking system that was the issue, which was premature with the delivery notice. All turned out well.
