Corners were dinged up a bit but fortunately, items arrived mostly as good as pictured. Would not have taken much for them to be damaged with how they were packaged though. Just got lucky. I always practice recording myself as I open any item and I am glad I did; the pictures and videos of the broken piece helped the seller remedy the issue quickly and very satisfactorily.

It came very well packed& quickly, and it looks great in our guest room. The knob on the lamp is a little faulty and when I asked if the seller would take off some money he was very quick to respond and took off some money. I am very grateful and love the lamp.
