The box has been opened but the grill itself had never been used. It was black instead of cream as in the picture but a very nice design. I brought it camping and it performed well both as a griddle and grill. We made little pizzas on the raclette trays. I was pleased to receive more functionality than I thought I would get for the price.

I received it and when I opened the box the slot to hold the heating tubes was pulled away from the base and even Duck tape could not have fixed it. I contacted the seller and he assured me not to worry and he would send a replacement. He followed up with a message when it was shipped and I received it. The second one was perfect and included a manual which was missing from the first one. It is definitely a great value for the price I paid. 5* Seller Thanks!

It would be beneficial to know that there are plastic adhesives attached to the 3 under-trays before turning on. The heat melted the adhesives to the trays and was extremely difficult to remove.
