After she had checked she advised that the item was very likely lost in the post. She then sent replacements. While I have considerable confidence in Royal Mail and many shippers, things will occasionally go wrong. No harm has been done, and the shipper has provided the replacements. The product is great, and the price fair. Many thanks for a great service. much appreciated.
