I immediately contacted the seller and they very promptly refunded my full purchase amount, including what I paid for shipping. I appreciate that they were fair/honest and did not fuss around and make me jump thru hoops to get a refund. I would most certainly buy from them again based on this experience!

My package arrived damaged with a note from the post master apologizing for the damage. I contacted them and they simply said they aren’t responsible for how items are handled. Personally I think shoes should simply be shipped in even a cheap box over an envelope.
