He challenged the pictures provided due to the fact that it was a "sealed item" eveb though they were submitted immediately after receiving it. No explanation or apology for the inconvenience were provided. False advertisement. The buyer wanted a free Cold Brew machine and successfully got one because eBay determined that the buyer can keep the item and we, the seller, can keep the funds. Therefore, eBay absorbed the cost of this item and the shipping fee.
