Had maintenance person assemble it, not user error. Very poor quality. While mounting it on my skidsteer there was a slight problem. In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. The pins supplied were too large for category 0. I contacted the seller and they immediately made it right with me. I had to source my own category 0 pin but they refunded me the cost of the pins.
