The resistor itself is faulty. Sometimes it runs on the 1st stage as on the 4th and 2nd stages then runs as the 3rd. So You have 2 speeds 4, 3, 3, 4 and supposed to be 1, 2, 3, 4. Checked by specialist and get back as this is cheap Chinese replacement. Have to replace it quickly with another one. And at the end clip at the fan cracked straight after fitting… not recommend!!!

They gave me a full refund immediately including the postage. I oderd the correct one from them that arrived very quickly and fixed my fan problem. The communication is very good as well they responded to all my emails very quickly. The item itself looks as good as the original one. What’s more they were the cheapest on eBay. So all in all perfect service.
