    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

    Unfortunately the item failed to arrive due some shipping issue, reflected in the tracking. But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control ! He was also kind and understanding and was quick to help resolve the matter with no unnecessary hassle :)

    Great product especially for coarse hair!

    Really great product! If you have really course hair like me, you'll need to use more than the nickel sized amount stated, but overall a very good product for detangling coarse hair! Would buy again. Shipping was really fast and well packaged to prevent spillage!

    It is a miracle in a tube!

    I purchased an unhandled untouchable yearling stallion his mane had so many witches knots and it had 3 or 4 knotted in groups so tight totally hopeless. It took me 5 times a day for 5 days and alot of feed and 1 tube of Cowboy Magic, I know I used way to much but it was so bad you would swear it had to be cut off. Cowboy Magic is fantastic!!!!

    Great Product

    I have a miniature schnauzer and our groomer recommended this product because the dog is always matted. A little goes a long way and makes it much easier to comb the tangles out and prevents a massive amount of tangles from forming.

    Probably excellent....

    Didn't work particularly well on my dog's hair - but she is 'cottony' - probably great for more silky coats. That's the only reason I couldn't give it a full 5 stars.... I know other owners who swear by this stuff!!

    slick and very little odor

    makes the comb or rake glide through the hair. the only down side the coat gets a little stiff but since I bathe my dog one a month it doesn't matter.
