I love these headphones soo much that I pay higher prices for these headphones than I would for other headphones sold on other sites. They block noise. Good sound quality. The part that connects to your device has a sort of plat curve that makes them less likely to get pulled on or disconnected as you pull your smartphone/mp3 player in and out of your pocket.

I've used MDR-XB55APs for years, am down to my last pair that i'd bought a few years ago, that's why i bought these on ebay. there is a HUGE difference in the bass and fullness of sound. i mean they are ok, but they have 50% of the sound depth of real Sony MDR-XB55APs
