Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

Absolutely zero contact from them after purchasing the item, which after a month was atill not marked as having been sent. All follow up requests for information went unanswered as well. Eventually refunded by Ebay as it looks like they couldn't get a response out of them either.
