The Buy it Now price was about $25-$30 below other similar items. I thought, "Well, I shop eBay looking for bargains." And, I found one. After contacting the seller, he contacted me and took full responsibility for the item being "accidentally advertised as having Digital Command and Control (DCC). He offered a refund, which I have now declined since I already ordered a DCC decoder. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

Seller kept in constant contact with me and was willing to resend another item, since this on appeared to be lost in the abyss of the USPS.
