AWESOME IS THE WORD THAT BEST DESCRIBES MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SELLER

Loose fitting 3.5mm connector
Product received in a timely manner. No original box packaging just the items plastic wrapped with all the accessories needed to have a functional headset. The 3.5mm male connector fits 'loosely' into the computer's 3.5mm female connector port. It does not click into the port compared to my old headset. Not sure why it's not sized correctly. There's lots of static probably due to this loose fit. Will look for a replacement adapter to see if that corrects the loose fitting connector. Value of headset is good but there might be duds.Product received in a timely manner.
