However, communication was intermittent, as the package got held up by USPS at the same location for 12 days, and the package didn't arrive for 18 days. The Ebay "item not received" process appears to have helped in prompting USPS to find and finish routing the package. But even then the package only arrived 2 days before the reimbursement process would have occurred.

You are buying it "AS IT." If they send you the wrong parts, you are stuck with it. NO RETURN AND NO MONEY BACK. BEWARE!!!!
