Laptop is working well, had a BIOS password set but seller was quick to respond with the password to then clear it and reset the security of the system. Great seller to work with quick to respond and professional. Would shop with seller again.

After exchanging details, the item was 100% refunded by the seller the following day. Will I consider purchasing from them again … you bet!
