Brand new as mentioned. This is our issue only with Shelby collectible not with the seller, very challenging to get off base to put in my Case. Just be worried you may have to get multiple screwdrivers to loosen it up to release it off its base. Back to the seller, great response, answer all my questions, no issue,. Thank you.
